Yeah, it's a step up, but he's on a positive upper curve.
And he did take his opportunity.
We kind of know what Tyke Byrne and Jack Conant can do.
I don't expect them to be left out.
But it would be fascinating if Farrell did, I suppose, give another couple of players an opportunity this weekend.
And look, the Springboks did it against Scotland last week.
And they're in a different position.
They're double world champions now.
They still won the game.
And they probably have more players who are proven.
But like Paul de Villiers, who played six, and he's kept his position this weekend against Wales.
I mean, if you look, and he was brilliant for Stormers, but so was Sean Jansen for Connacht.
And he took that form from the Stormers in the URC and Champions Cup, and he took it to a test match last weekend against Scotland and was outstanding.
We know what Jack Conan can do.
We know what Joshua Naflier can do.
We know what...
Ty Byrne can do and they are absolutely proven and they're going to be massive firsts at the World Cup but it would be fascinating to see if Nick Timoney for example I know he's been brilliant off the bench but could he start for Ireland at seven and could Jansen then replace could you leave Josh Van der Fleer out this week not because he's dropped
I like to say as well, I accept the difference with Prendergast being on the bench and Janssen and Timoney being on the bench or Janssen and Van der Vlier being on the bench is he is another line-out caller.
So if that happened to Hague Burn, it's just a bit risky.
Teams take chances.
