again, I have a lot of hope for this generation because I feel like because there's so much attention to it, that they're going to realize that there's things they can do to get to where they want to be.

And it is, and it's interesting, because I'm hearing that question so much more from young people, much more than I did 20 or 30 years ago.

And I think broaching the topic, particularly if your parents are still in pretty good health and they're working, you know, asking questions.
Well, how long?
Do you think you'll stay in the house forever?
Or do you think you want to move?
Or that kind of thing, doing it gently and trying not to be judgmental as they maybe were when you were in high school.
You know, trying to bring it to a level where let's just have this conversation.
I think that more often than not, the parents might be thinking they want to have this conversation too.
So it's something that is important to do and ask a lot of questions.
