I mean, I'm glad.

And that's your body's way of telling you, like, hey, change your position.

Change your position.

This position isn't good anymore.

Change it.

But I bet if you sat straight up like you did to correct it,

for a very long time, you would also start to feel pain.

And so then slumping over would be like, okay, I got a little relief.

So I think it can be the reverse.

It's more about our bodies are flexible and 3D.

And it's about frequent movements and frequent change of movement.

rather than this ideal of ramrod, perfect, straight spine.
