You know, it's very tempting, say growing up and watching the evolution of of observing my own perception.
We all think that we're seeing
What is?
Right, there's even no question of that.
That as you go through your day, you don't even think, is that really what I think it is?
Or say in interpersonal relationships where we're so sure so-and-so thinks this or feels like that or is like this or is like that.
And again, it just goes unquestioned.
Or you believe something in the fake and gay natural health movement and you just adopt it when it in fact goes against your what would otherwise be direct sensory perception.
Right.
You take something and because you have the belief that it you should feel better, then you ignore and suppress all the things that don't
Add up with that.
And yeah.
So this is a constant ongoing subject for me to study my own.
And I you know, I'm continually humbled where I thought something was something and it wasn't that.
And I find the veils and the programming that was contingent.
And gaining greater perception it's
You know, like you agreed that you you start to walk this little tightrope of of uh life and reality, which is uncomfortable.
And yet this is something I've heard you talk about.
