Um that's a great point actually, because uh that's that's part of uh our our struggle is that the our centers are all mixed up.

So you know, uh l that this this whole thing is for the body.

It's not for the emotions.

But so then we go and we feel bad about it.

You know, we maybe feel sat feel sad or up on the scale you feel rage or then you're into pride or something like that.

But that's all, you know, garbage compared to what's real and what's what's actually happening.

You know, that that's just all

um sideways kind of distraction away from yeah.

So yeah.

So there's there is control over the body.

That that's not new.

Right, that's not new.

It's it's always been the case.

It's now, it's now just maturing into a digital kind of a place.

And and yeah, there's heinous uh potential in it.

That's that's true too.

So, but yeah, I I hear a lot of surrender, and then it's getting once you have purpose, you've got something to measure everything against, you know.
