So so it by law, if you make a white flour, which turns out to be the healthiest, this might go against common knowledge, but uh the refined everything that you find nearly anywhere in the world where it th is the white rices, the white flowers, everything.
Um, they um they've removed to a lot of toxicity that way.
So then our government says, Oh no, no, you can't have poison-free anything.
So you're gonna have to quote unquote enrich and fortify with like vitamin A, which is a poison, um uh folic acid, which is definitely not.
not a nutrient like it's been promoted.
Um what else you got in there?

Yeah, the nicotinamide, exactly, which is a a distant cousin of a of a very needed B vitamin niacin, flush niacin, but it's not that and it is toxic.
Anyway, there's my rats.
