People who are trying to deal with all of this deluge of stuff directly, you know, people who are living in some of these cities where they're dealing with ice raids and they're just trying to get to work.
And all of a sudden they're being pulled out of their cars by masked men demanding to see their papers.
I think about people who are trying to run.
Maybe you have a two or three person business, but you rely on goods that you're importing from another country.
All of a sudden your costs are going up 50%.
and you're a good person, you don't wanna lay off one of your three employees to shoulder those costs.
So you're taking the hit on that.
And now all of a sudden you're looking at new tariffs and you don't know what they're gonna be and how much it's gonna be.
How are you supposed to plan a budget like that?
How are you supposed to run a business
like that.
And there's hundreds of thousands of examples of that across the country.
So all I can do is have faith.
Like Heather says, I like to spend some amount of my time not in the muck with Trump trying to figure out what's the crazy thing he's doing today, but instead think about when there is an opportunity to do something better, how do we do a better job of it?
