It's been a while since we saw Josh in a test match, hasn't it?
So, um I mean these will be testing conditions in terms of uh, you know, the humidity and the heat, but uh I think they would want to uh have a first look at Josh Hazelwood and uh there's been only one time where Scott Boland has played ahead of him and both have been fit, right?
So I I would think, yeah, from what I've seen as well.
Just body language wise.
I'd be surprised if it isn't Josh Hazelwood.
I just also had a longest chat with him, Jud, for for us, um, for SEM cricket.
I think that'll be probably played during the the new ball later tonight.
And he just you know, for the first time since like I've been interviewing him for the last couple of years
He finally feels confident like he belongs at this level.
He f talks like a test cricketer now.
He spoke about the lifestyle of being a test cricketer and how much he's enjoyed it.
Um and he just seems to understand his cricket and his role so well.
Uh, you know, in terms of um he thinks that he is now in the top six, seven battles in the country, which is a good place to be for him.
Uh he loves batting with Alex Gary and and Cameron Green and
I mean, there's been a lot of talk of there being a lot of pressure on him, but I think it's the other way round, right, Jared?
I mean you're talking about someone in eight tests who's averaging forty one with the bat, twenty four with the ball.
I mean, just eight tests.
But those are incredible numbers for any all rounder.
Um, so he's done everything right and
Uh on Cam Green as well.
