I went from someone who was so focused on being the serious wrestler, and I knew that wasn't working.

I couldn't do the five count on the main roster.

I was struggling to find myself.

And then I just got more comfortable with being a little bit more silly, a little bit more goofy.

And it's like, oh, I'm able...

to carve out a lane that, okay, there are a lot of other talent who might be able to do, okay, they're a better talker, they're a better wrestler, they're a better powerhouse, all these things.

But I just felt like no one can do all these things.

That was at least what I was striving for is, how can I be the only one who can do exactly this?

And I always try to encourage young wrestlers who are getting into the industry, find your niche, find your lane, find ways in which you are different and unique.

Find things from your own life or from your own background or your own interests that just make you different from the rest of the locker room.

And thankfully, I found I was able to have this blend of

still being, I wanted to still be taken seriously in the ring.

We would do silly stuff, but I still wanted people to be invested in our matches.

That was still vitally important for us.

So yeah, man, it was just, I just really had so much fun and so much fulfillment of, let me try to be a little bit more silly, a little bit more different.

And even, one of my things too is, even if I was in the background of a shot, if we had one of those things, like, you know, I feel like when I was Circa, that SmackDown split,

2018, 19, 20, around then, we did a lot of things where all talent were on the stage.

And I was always trying to find some, I'm always like, we got to go out in five minutes.

There's a hard hat.
