It depends. I love doing guided meditation sometimes. I love doing, I kind of have my own process where I like visualize the light of creation, like the light of the sun and it like really filling my whole body up and literally- Everything that doesn't align with that, anything that isn't that light and bright, you know what I'm saying? Immediately leaves my body and goes back into the earth.
