I do think you you kind of need to have some sort of a good start as well, just for the sake of having the validation of the culture.

Because they kind of are betting it all on, hey, how we develop the environment is going to lead to long-term sustainable success.

But you don't want to start off on a bad foot and have to keep coming up and saying, hey, just keep buying into the process.

But you do want some certain level of validation of, because culture is the thing they're betting on, you want to have some level of success to begin with.
