And in a community where you walk, it was that's where I went to get stuff.

I could walk over and get a little tiny thing of tide.

I could walk to the supermarket, but it was like five blocks away.

Okay, and I'd have to get in my car and find freaking parking over there.

That little convenience store was really convenient.

So I'm not adverse to the idea of allowing

um some level of retail in even the R B R three B.

I think it should at very least be an R three C.

I think I don't I don't see a reason why we wouldn't allow it to be in our three R three B as well because there are those small community serving things and it was uh you know lifesaver for me and more than once, you know, or I'm watching a movie and damn I wish I had some potato chips I could go get some I mean it's stupid things, but it's there, you could walk to it and those things are great.
