Um and that's so but it's a it's a fairly large site. podcast-host

And when you it it's a little deceptive when you look at the Hundred Moffitt because it's it looks like one big parcel, but it's actually three dis distinct buildings each podcast-host

So I wasn't there they're nowhere near as shallow. podcast-host

So the block was there rather than and then see if there's an opportunity to, you know, maybe the the the whoever owns the hotel property could go podcast-host

worried about the depth of the larger lots on the west side of Moffat because they were fairly similar to the the lots were at one hundred Moffat uh that are already pretty large and could be larger buildings in the future. podcast-host
