As soon as the club takes a decision to sack him, oh, well, it's a terrible decision.

All the supporters want it, and this is every supporter, wants to see improvement in how we play, not win-loss.

Not win-loss is basically improvement in the way we play, and we haven't improved.

And that's the bottom line.

He hasn't improved our style of play.

He hasn't improved the young players.

He's been playing favourites in his selection approach to his selection of the team.

There's no integrity in his selection of the side.

Green time the G last week was a good example.

He played Gresham as a token player.

His form was terrible.

Well, he should never have been in that senior side.

Anyway, I just hope the Essendon Football Club and the coach... And he's not the only one who should go.

I'm not a herds in or herds out person.

I just want Essendon to improve and have the best possible chance of doing that.

And basically you say rebuild.

Yes, a rebuild, a proper rebuild.

We're doing that now.

We don't mind where we are as long as we see improvement.
