Like today, though, there's pros and cons to that.

So for nine years, ransomware and data exfiltration was the number one threat to our physical infrastructure.

And for the first time this year, it was human threats, internal, external, accidental or malicious.

It was human threats that topped the list.

And I'm sure you're probably not surprised.

You've heard of some of the latest findings.

The conflicts, for example, in the Middle East for the first time saw data centers become targets from drone attacks, both Oracle and AWS facilities.

Here in the United States, we had a lawmaker experience an act of violence in Indianapolis, which, by the way, the CEO of that facility that's related to that is going to be speaking at Data Center World.

And that's a difficult topic to broach, right?

And we are having an extraordinary amount of both good information and unfortunately not good information being spread around who we are as an industry and what we ultimately do.

And more than ever before, our physical facilities, and Rich, I don't even know how to do it.

We're targets, right?

We're more targets than ever before.

And it's not a great moment to be in this space right now.

And one of the things that we found, especially from the physical security side of it, in the respondents is that the majority of our respondents are actively looking at new ways to secure their facilities.

That's an active investment for them, whether it's biometrics, whether it's protection against drones and drone attacks, whether it's better barriers, better entry points, better abilities to screen people that are coming in, using AI systems to support all of this.

But this is a serious concern.

And what's wild about this is this report came out about a month and a half ago.
