Well, I mean, from a corporate level goals, so certainly they're trying to look out whatever
few years, and certainly they have a lot of stuff that no one knows that they're developing.
So, so yeah, we're, we've cat, so they catapulted, like you're saying over this kind of interim step into this, wow, how are we ever going to take this?
So, and all like, like from my, what I've seen, almost all of these facilities are these monster, you know, facilities that are, you know, not even big, like in megawatts, but like in square footage size as well.
And there, yeah, there's this interim step right now where there are many, many, many other types of data centers and data center build outs that are, you know, really technically advanced, but they're not, you know, this, you know, 300 watts a cabinet, kilowatts per cabinet.
So, yeah, I think that's,
it's kind of a, maybe for some people, it's kind of a natural idea to kind of, you know, just jump over the step.
But I think that's, and your point on the, so like the public, I've been, not like I'm doing deep research on it, but the stuff I've seen about the public, you know, being concerned about data centers, I have not heard that
where the data centers are AI and it could pose some, so that's like a really good point.
Either people aren't saying that or just using other ideas.
So it's things like that that need to get cleaned up before we can kind of move forward with confidence.
I would say absolutely.
And the things I really look for, like even when I'm just doing some research are like, again, these inflection points that maybe nobody even heard about, but that changed kind of the dynamic in the data center world.
And I think right now we're at maybe a couple of different inflection points.
One is this huge AI factory, but also how do we retrofit data centers?
How do the hyperscalers, you know, they basically, you know, they own the building, but they're going to lease to the others.
How do they deal with AI construction timing and all that?
So I think if history kind of repeats itself, I think
you know, maybe five years we'll be sitting around and kind of laughing at how, oh, we didn't even know how to cool a 300 kilowatt rack.
