Sometimes when he's asked to express it, he doesn't articulate what he stands for.

I think he's, in a weird way,

Is it a fair statement to say that Kamala Harris attempts to do the same things, but she doesn't pull it off?

And to flip-flop, it takes a very skilled hand to pull that off, and she's just not skilled enough to do that.

That interview she did with Lester Holt where she said she'd been to the border, we've been to the border, and then the most telling part of that is she said, I haven't been to Europe either.
