I'm certain that this will that if it's not reversed on appeal, at the very least, there'll be a pretty simple remedy for it, which is that they'll have to properly notice the meeting.

So they're not in violation of Florida's public records laws or sunshine laws to conduct government and meetings in the sunshine.

So once the public's properly noticed, there can be an event, a hearing, a protest, maybe public comment.

Obviously, they wanted to slide this through very quickly and quietly without all of that.

Now they'll just have to do it again, basically, is what's going to happen.
