Got to be at 3.30 because not just the coach, the boss, because of the way that this, you know, power dynamic has been structured is saying you got to come in.

Here's the importance, I think, as someone who is not in good shape, and this will be one of my fallout.

But here's the thing.
A very important thing in getting in shape I've experienced and having that routine is having a good gym buddy, you know, having someone there that's going to push you.
If you have a trainer, it's the same, I guess, because you go and they push you, they tell you what to do and they're helping you along the way.
