And he seems not to be spending North Carolina because I think he thinks he's going to win that.

But it seems like the Trump strategy is to count on North Carolina, put all the money into Pennsylvania and Georgia, and eke out a win.

I don't think he will succeed.

The numbers that I'm looking at are very, very encouraging for the vice president.

I think there are two reasons.

One, and the biggest, is that for three years, 85% of Americans kept saying, don't give us a choice between these same two old guys again.

Don't give us this choice.
