And that's where I think, Andy, you're much, much more right in saying we should have that discussion.

So what do you want to do?

Because that will be a much easier conversation to say, do you want to do really smart, cheap stuff?

Or do you want to do pretty dumb, expensive stuff?

When you put it that way, you can get most people involved.
