And, you know, all this kind of stuff.
And he never, to be fair to him, he never said a word.
He bit his tongue and waited.
He feels a huge amount of responsibility, I think, for the fact that
Johnny Moran came and spoke to me and my friends because they knew Dermot and he used that as an in and he has a massive amount of guilt that he feels like, well, if I didn't know him, he might not come over or, you know, and he often says, I find it very hard to trust people after that, which is understandable.
But yeah, that's kind of one of the bits that I hold a bit of anger towards.
You know, I'm kind of like, oh.

I feel like I got my vindication when 11 strangers heard the evidence in a courtroom and unanimously decided that he had done that.
And for me, that was huge because before the verdict, I never felt I had a right to say that I had been raped.
I never felt I could say that because it wasn't...
it wasn't I didn't get a conviction or you know he wasn't in prison or whatever I didn't feel like I had the right to say that and I think that's a cultural thing you know I think a lot of people think that like if if you say you know I was assaulted or something they'll say oh well is he in jail or you know and it's almost like well if he's not it didn't happen or you know but um no I do feel like I got vindication from that process yeah what what's your opinion on the sentence
I think it's a strong sentence.
Like, in my head, is any sentence ever going to be strong enough?
No.
