It's about making sure that, and my teachers all go to school, best intentions.
They want what's best for the child.
They wanna make sure that pastries are looked after as well as academically.
So please, if you're gonna talk to teachers, take a breath, process what you're gonna say, be transparent.
If you're gonna send an email,
Let them know what the meeting's going to be about.
Be transparent because it actually means they can prepare for it and ensure that it's efficient and effective and you've got the right responses that you know and want.
And sometimes for myself, we don't say yes all the time to everything, but parents need to know what's going on.

have to like everything I'm saying but they know what's going on because as I said earlier uncertainty creates anxiety so if they know they're far more comfortable and then they can ask questions relevant to what's going on.
Correct.
Absolutely.
And in our environment, we have 52 classrooms.
So I've got teachers that are on their own.
I've got teachers that have got young kids.
I've got teachers that have got kids that are older.
So we're very much of the opinion, autonomy-wise, that they navigate their work life.
So some will arrive at 7 o'clock in the morning.
Others arrive at 8 o'clock in the morning.
Because actually, preschool drop-off is an important part of their lives, and they need to make sure that happens.
