Yeah, right.

So that's 550 kids.

Yeah, absolutely.

So ours starts at the enrolment meeting.

So all the enrolment meetings are done by our senior leadership team.

We're well adverse to, I guess, what expectations cultural norms are for different ethnic groups.

And so that starts there.

We're also well aware of the different languages that our school speaks across the board.

So especially if it's a language that's quite common.

So things like Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Pasifika.

A bit of Urdu, Afrikaans are quite common amongst our schools.

And so, therefore, we do have other parents and other kids that do speak those languages as well.

And also, too, the flags that we have up in the hall.

So when walking through, just seeing their own flag up on the wall is a huge, I guess, a huge acknowledgement to go, actually, we do have that person from that country here already, which is really cool.

Absolutely, yeah.

And the value we place on it, because for our environment, it's built in three stages.

So every stage is a slightly different version of an open plan learning environment.

And coming from another country, they are very different.

So trying to explain and understand what the process is of delivering curriculums.

The physical space is what it is.
