Justified, vindicated, screwed for more times and more years than I can count.

I finally did it.

When the world shut down, I won it against Brock Lesnar, beat him in five minutes in an empty performance center.

I lost it during the pandemic to Randy Orton, won it back against Randy Orton in front of a bunch of screens, and then lost the title before the live fans were back.

And during that time, I felt more of a responsibility than anything.

I couldn't really enjoy it.

There were no fans there, for one.

But also, it was such a scary time, no matter how we feel now, what we know now.

Back then, it was a terrifying time.

It was an unpredictable time.

And we were the escape.

I was the champion, especially during the times we were in the warehouse.

I was the guy leading the charge until Roman came back.

And that was how I saw things, was you got responsibility to help people escape.
