And I met these guys.

They went to MIT.

They're 26 years old.

They're super smart.

They spent three years basically training with every single CBT textbook, ACT textbook, every single therapy modality, every hard case study.

They literally have really built on the backs of every great

therapist and in the world.

And they've designed this AI therapy app called Sonia.

It's in beta right now.

And I met them at a mental health conference.

And I was fascinated because I have a standing therapy appointment two o'clock on Wednesdays.

And the reality is I travel a lot.

I do the podcast.
