I absolutely hated it.

But yeah, that was my college life.

I can lead the way, yeah.

Yeah.

And I suppose I'm probably so used to talking about it.

I forget that it's kind of quite like jarring for other people or people feel kind of uncomfortable about it.

So I'm so kind of used to it now that I kind of just say it and then I see that like horror in people's face.

I'm like, oh, God.

But I was raped when I was 21 quite violently by a guy that I met on a night out from Mullingar.

I was on a night out in Galway with some friends and I went back to a house party and I knew of this guy through my brothers through the local rugby club and we kind of went back and I had lost my friends and didn't really know how to get home where we were staying and he said oh you can come back with us we're having a party the usual you know when you're having great crack and you think oh

I don't want this night to end.

And went back to this house party and all was grand.

He was really normal.

And the house party kind of died off and he just switched from this really normal guy, I suppose, to give a bit of backstory.

I was 21.

I was on my summer holidays from college.

It was like July 2018 or 2019.

I can't remember now.

And I was, like I said, so basic, you know, I drove a little Fiat 500 and I loved going out and make up and it was, you know, and he was this really basic guy.

He was doing an apprenticeship.
