Honestly, it feels like the Doom reboot.
Like, you've got the people who are kind of Fortnite-looking Doom guy people.
You know, the Terrans, which is fine.
But the characteristics-wise, they lack the character of, like, the StarCraft universe, right?
Even though they did put effort into that.
Like, they did have characters.
And then it was, like, the forces of hell and then the forces of the angels.
That's the third faction is the angelic faction.
i just don't think it for whatever reason i don't think it connected i think maybe it might be an art thing where the art is not very evocative um

Plenty of people that are not hardcore RTS players still really dig the StarCraft universe, and that's what brings in sales and stuff, right?
To the point where there's a rumored shooter being developed in the Unreal Engine by Blizzard.
There's some job postings and stuff going up.
A lot of rumblings that Microsoft wants to get that StarCraft IP back online for shit.
Because it's a cool universe.
It's resonant and it's in the public's mind's eye.
So it's like part of in making this game, if they want to hit...
level of excitement is just capturing i think that i i just it might not even be like attributing a failure to them it's just sometimes you make a game and it doesn't connect you know yeah there's a i feel like i feel like it's not a terrible premise it's just there wasn't anything uniquely
its own where you're like, man, you might not be into RTSs, but you'll really dig the story.
