W when you give ethics talks, do you have your little figure page of it's a little bit?

I think my ethics talks would be way better if not more accurate.

Well, it was less about mentoring.

I mean, mentoring was the hook to be able to talk about books that I think have made me better.

I think one of the things is you sort of

Are you supposed to figure it out on your own, right?

Either mentoring or being a mentee or

Being a junior faculty person and getting better.

And you're supposed to read the medical literature.

And basically I have sort of found that the medical literature are not the books that have helped me get better or smarter.

So it's all about what are the books outside of medicine that really help you be better at your job?

And so that was the hook.
