Right.

And then as you become a head coach, the ties are a lot deeper to the players, to the community, to everything.

You can't jump after a year somewhere.

And I think for me, those were the things that just changed a little bit for me.

But every step of the way really helped prepare me for the next.

Yeah, I did.

And then, you know, honestly, for me,

I visited a lot of them and I went around and saw a lot of them and I just felt like, oh, man, I don't know if I want to work for that guy.

Yeah.

It's ultimately where I want to be a head coach.

And it came down to the idea of I know the environment that I create as the head coach and I know, you know, the culture that's there.

And I know, you know, that we all enjoy going to work every day.

We don't have to.

We're not.

beating people down and forcing them into our way of thinking.

This is a place where they get to go and enjoy it and not have to do it, but get to do it on a day-to-day basis.

And I think that's the difference.

And everywhere I went, it didn't feel like that.

So as I thought about it, I'm like, all right, it'd be cool to work for that guy.

But then go and visit, that wouldn't be that cool in my mind, for me.
