I'm opening up the place on Main Street and in today's environment we expect everyone to be a renaissance

finance, inventory control, product control obviously that's the number one reason why why franchise
uh franchisors exist, franchisees tend to do better than mom and pop.
and for that reason they have helped to do that.
But I wanted to give a sort of behind the curtain look on the financial aspect of on what the pressures the banks are facing and how they view
um, view the world and how they view you.
And I also wanted to put a historical perspective
very that times have changed and we need to realise that and and

I I flash back on the things that I wanted to accomplish in the first two weeks and I'm already behind.
But I wanted to give a historical perspective on what
the bankers looking at and how the world has changed.
