a a franchise g picked the subway down in Yuma, Arizona.
they went and say, Hey, we have a couple hundred thousand dollars in equity uh
that was a no brainer.
You could get financing all day long.
Well today
what what the banks have found out.
All that collateral that they had, the real estate collateral, that wasn't worth a lot.
