I always tell someone that if you're thinking of getting involved in a system, Quiznos, Google Quiznos, go on the Wall Street Journal blogs, read that mess, and realize, and you can say, well, a lot of it can't be true or whatever.
The problem is the bankers are reading that too.
So if you want to finance a Quiznos, you need to be able to say, hey, I understand what's on the Wall Street Journal blog.
Unfortunately, Wall Street Journal has a little bit of a high brand recognition, and you need to be able to say, this is why that discussion doesn't pertain to my loan application.
I think my takeaway is make it as simple as possible for the banker.
Notice I'm saying we don't need to do hours and the pages and thousands of pages, a hundred pages of research or whatever.
I think it makes it very simple.
Tell the story.
And in fact,
