I wanted for – I'm opening up the place on Main Street, and in today's environment we expect everyone to be a renaissance man or woman, having to be experts in accounting, marketing, finance,
finance, inventory control, product control, obviously that's the number one reason why franchisors exist.
Franchisees tend to do better than mom and pop, and for that reason they have helped to do that.
But I wanted to give a sort of behind-the-curtain look on the financial aspect of what the pressures the banks are facing and how they view the world and how they view you.
And I also wanted to put a historical perspective
that times have changed, and we need to realize that.
And as you said, we're already one month into 2012, and I flash back on the things that I wanted to accomplish in the first two weeks, and I'm already behind.
But I wanted to give a historical perspective on what the banker is looking at and how the world has changed.
