uh you are on our list of no of no lending lists and the guy called me up, was all concerned.

Um, but that's JP Morgan will not lend to that system.
And very simply they they went to the statistics and saw
that they had a over the last ten years
they had a forty percent charge off rate.
Well the average is twenty percent.
Now don't get too excited by those numbers.
That seems those seem like big numbers, but twenty percent over ten years is two percent a year.
And that's perfectly fine and and that's an acceptable level of loss.
But the problem is is if you do not

in your system.
you may have fifty of 'em get financing through SBA loans
And you may have another two hundred and fifty that got conventional financing or someone just paid cash for 'em.
But you're
your system is going to be judged on the performance of those SBA loans.
And unfortunately someone says, Well Bob, how come you can't
incorporate all the conventional lending or all the how they're doing as a whole and my response is, you know what guys, that's something the franchiseor needs to do.
