Nothing nuts, but it was just like the one that stood out because it's just such an icon to be able to go right up to it and see it and touch it and look at it and stuff like that.

Like I said, most of these hikes that I'm talking about are not difficult or epics or anything like that.
They're just my favorite for that year.
For 2020, this one is near Sedona, Arizona.
It is the Sterling Pass Trail to Volte Arch.
I did a February 27th 5.38 miles round trip.
Volte Arch is this wide, flat arch.
We usually picture arches as being out in the middle of the desert, like at Arches National Park, like at Canyonlands and places like that.
This is deep in the woods.
This is deep in the forest.
A lot of people approach this from the trailheads that come off the north side of Sedona, kind of west of town.
This one I did off of 89A near Slide Rock State Park.
Okay.
You know where Slide Rock State Park is.
Don't park at the state park.
I parked outside the road.
And I like this one because it was the lesser used route.
