We're doing meaningful market access and patient reimbursement support, pharmacovigilance.
And then if you go on the other end to the providers, we're becoming more and more
strategically aligned with those providers.
So rather than take our logistics capabilities and deliver the medication to the health system, even if that's within many different sites within the health system, several are now really investing in internal capabilities, central service centers.
We're right in the middle of that.
So we're bringing our
Logistics expertise, our inventory management expertise, our specialty pharmacy expertise in many cases, and helping those health systems providers build those capabilities for themselves.
One of the things that we try hard to do, again, whether this is a manufacturer or a provider, is really understand their strategy.
When we spend time with customers, the goal is really to be listening and learning about what they're trying to do.
And we try to spend very little time convincing them about what we can do for them.
Because once we understand their needs, understand their strategy, then we can bring the remarkable capabilities that we have in Sankora, but in a very customized way for a certain customer who wants to invest in a central service center, for example.
And what are the ways that we can help them?
So that's a way that we grow long-term relationships.
We help the providers become more efficient.
And, you know, it creates, honestly, it creates longer term relationships because we're really working on important things together.
And we do that across our portfolio of customers.
I'll say one more thing, Drew, which is one of the things I love about our business.
And the reason that we can do that is there are zero examples where if a customer doesn't grow, that we grow, right?
It's one of the beautiful alignments that we have.
Like the only way that we can grow with a customer is by helping them grow.
