We're aligned really well with our customers, again, upstream and downstream.
Yeah, I've been in this for a long time.
I've had an opportunity my entire life to really see the value of
appropriate pharmaceutical utilization on people's lives and the value of an interaction with a healthcare professional in doing that.
Because in the time that I've been in this business, the complexity obviously has changed pretty dramatically.
But the end game isn't actually, right?
You have
you have a person who needs something, you have a health professional who are helping, and then you see that person get the product and then see the improved outcomes for that is something that has always inspired me and still does today.
So I think all the time about how we can be better at Sankora, which is that patient focus and the capabilities focus that we have.
And it's all about making sure that the patient at the end of the day gets access to the pharmaceutical.
But it is back to that listening and learning.
That's something that drives me every day.
I don't spend a lot of time in the office.
And it's not because I don't like to be in the office.
It's because when I'm here, I'm not probably learning something from a manufacturer, from a provider.
from one of our partners, like McKinsey, for example, right?
You've always got to be learning to really bring value, I think, within business.
