It is such an important question right now.
You can easily become overwhelmed as an individual, as a team, as an organization.
So I think there are a couple, two or three things that come to mind when I think about that.
I guess I'll just take it from a personal perspective.
One is I'm really clear that my job is to be the calming voice, not adding energy to what's already pretty...
pretty difficult.
So that is, you know, supporting the team, being really clear about priorities and making sure that we're working on what we can control.
And the second thing is for me, a belief that we will never know all the answers.
We will maybe never even know the answer for a specific, for a specific issue that,
But I'm confident, and this is what I ask the team to do, is to just really, really understand.
This is back to the learning.
Really understand what are the opportunities?
What are the risks?
We don't know if an opportunity will present or a risk will present.
But let's make sure we're prepared to react really quickly in either case.
that to me, that's a capability.
It's a mindset and it's a capability.
And that's something that we have here.
Uh, and you, but to me, it starts with not forcing people to believe that they know the answer, you know, what's going to happen in the next five years.
