It is expected to take in $87 million in North America and another $128 million overseas, which means that after zipping past half a billion dollars in ticket sales on Friday, it will end this weekend with a 10-day total of almost $640 million worldwide.
That's a faster box office pace than any previous Christopher Nolan film,
including Oppenheimer and his Batman films, and it suggests The Odyssey will become the filmmaker's third film to top a billion dollars in ticket sales.
