They were very conciliatory in those negotiations.

The Omani prime minister said, like, there was a deal.

I mean, they had gone way further than they even went during the JCPOA.

And Trump could have done that.

He could have claimed mission accomplished.

Look, I was able to get a deal.

Obama never did.

Our maximum pressure campaign is a success.

And they were too weak and lame to be able to do what I can do out of the deal.

on to Cuba or whatever next nightmare he has in store for us.

But instead, he decided that he needed this grand, glorious military victory, and instead it has turned into an absolute total disaster.

And just zooming out, look, we're already in a proxy war with Russia via Ukraine.

Now, and I wouldn't yet call this a proxy war with China, but we are very close.

to effectively being in that situation.

It only takes a few of these incidents before you're also now in a proxy war with China.

And China's been assisting the Iranians more than had previously been reported.

That's part of why they were in the position they were to pressure Iran to come to the negotiating table at a time when a lot of the IRGC was very opposed

to even starting negotiations at this point and thought that there needed to be a lot more pain.

So China, again, at a time when obviously our military supplies are very low and we need to resupply, they control a lot of the critical supply lines we would need to be able to accomplish that.

they really have us in a bit of a chokehold here, which is what the Trump administration has already discovered.
