So what we're proposing is a simple bipartisan legislation.

Say to all employers with say five employees or more, you can either join a state auto IRA program or start your own 401k program.

Either is okay.

And we think that now we've made it so easy

in the state auto IRA program that we think will be very effective.

And this is one of the few things that Republicans and Democrats can agree on.

There's a private company that does the investment.

And they're almost all target date funds.

So it's a sensible way to go.

And it's the most, when people say to me, what could you do to increase retirement saving?
