He talks though about how demoralizing it is when you're playing a team that can run the ball and you can't.
And uh, you know, having that flipped around where you can run the ball but they can't, you feel like uh, you know, you you're you're
Invincible.
You feel like uh the game is yours.
And and so he believes in constructing an offense from the inside out, which basically means, you know, at the line of scrimmage and and then you uh you you frost the cake with an explosive passing game, but it's not the cake.
And I know that frustrates people, and it sometimes it frustrates me that teams are
seemingly chasing the 100 yard rushing day more than the 300 yard passing day because in my mind, George, the field's a hundred yards and the field does not know how you got your yards.
A yard is a yard.
And so um a rushing yard is not worth three times as much as a passing yard.
So this idea that a hundred rushing yards is more important than three hundred passing yards is is silly.
But at the same time.
There's a disposition to football where uh a physicality, a violence that uh sets a tone um where you are basically trying to balance up your offense in in a f in a in a in an attempt to be able to um control the game and control the opponent.
In a almost pick your poison defense, you decide how you want us to beat you because whatever you decide, we're going to make you wrong.
And and I just think that's really a perfect offense.
