The featured content section to me is like the produce section of a grocery store.
It's more than likely the first area that you go through when you get to the grocery store.
So the store owners, hopefully, if they're on their game and the produce is fresh,
They will have the best, the freshest, the most colorful stuff out there that just looks amazing.
And hopefully you will want to go ahead and buy because it's visually appealing.
And there will be smells and things like that there too that we can't do on LinkedIn.
But it's the visual part that counts the most.
So there's two things that you want to do with the featured content section.
One, have that.
content that is going to attract your audience, your audience that is in your lane there.
Make sure that it's educational.
Hopefully it's not too overly self-promotional because that will more than likely drive people away.
And then the other thing that you want to make sure of is that it's also fresh produce because no one likes to see wilted produce.
So fresh produce for us is fresh content.
So the latest information on whatever and helpful articles or whatever you want to do on the topics that are in your lane, you want to have all of that in your featured sections, Dan.
yep and my article stan stan specifically means like a linkedin article and and not one that you've published outside of linkedin
However, you can include links that go to outside sources within your feature section.
You just need to make sure that there is some kind of a graphic associated with it so that the graphic pops in there too.
Because if there is no graphic, it's just gonna look like a big block of text.
And that's like having, let's see if I can come up with a quick comparison here.
