That's the rating that I give exercise.

Bad.

So but I do it for a couple reasons.

One, because I feel better after

Two.

I'm healthier.

And now I do wanna live and actually see my daughter grow up to be an adult.

And so that does factor in now.

That always didn't.

But the other thing was too like aesthetically, yeah, I I wanna look pretty good.

So I'm never gonna look great, but

There's something about exercise that even if you just go and start it, it's so much easier.

Like the hardest part to me about working out is just starting it.

Now it does get harder as you're going if you're pushing yourself, but still the hardest part is just about showing up with exercise.

Like you're investing today's effort into tomorrow's health.

And that's investing in yourself.

And that's investing in maybe you not getting sick later.

Like because your body works in weird ways and your immune system's.
