They just sit in my closet.

I've been donating so much to goodwill and to friends because I don't w wear half of or three quarters of the cool stuff that I have.

That's what's up there.

I'm not gonna cut my hair for now.

In the last episode I mentioned investing in yourself and I just kinda said that flippantly in passing.

And someone had asked me in a comment, like, what do you mean investing in yourself?

And I did say it doesn't have to be money.

Cause I don't think it does.

Actually, I think most ways that you can invest in yourself

Those ways do not include money.

And

If I'm defining what that means, it means

Being good to yourself or being strict for yourself because when you need yourself the most, you're your best.

And I wrote some things down here.

For me.

If I go to bed earlier, I feel like that's investing in myself because even though maybe I don't want to go to bed so early, if I want to watch a show, if I wanna read or or forever it was play NCAA football, if it was any of that and

I would stay up playing the video game, but then I would be just exhausted in the morning.

Like that's not investing in myself.
