Yeah, I feel like I could have written this email because my dad died a couple years ago and I'm kind of in that spot too.
So I feel like you guys gave some really good advice because I'm like this writer here, like,
It doesn't all have to happen at once.
I think for me, that's the key is that you can go through it and get rid of some, and then eventually you'll want to get rid of some more later.
And I think it could be a process.
Yeah, if you're giving yourself permission to finally do it, also give yourself permission to do it in phases.
And it doesn't have to be stuff.
Like I have found it difficult.
Like when my mom died, like I had a voicemail from her or whatever.
And like, how long am I going to keep that?
I ended up at one point just deleting it because I just thought about it so much.
Like how, but I got to save that.
I got to move.
That just was like, you know, I don't need this.
And also I'm a bit nihilistic in a way sometimes too with my life where nothing really matters except for like what I'm feeling inside and the emotional attachments that I have to things.
