if we had pub if they were only public i wouldn't be as excited but the fact that they're going to be able to allow you to create a private neighborhood that's pretty cool i really like that guilds are going to love that i like that um they're going to say uh some community features they've said as neighborhoods who maybe can host community events markets social gatherings markets i don't know are they allowing an infrastructure for these things

I like the idea of having community events and gatherings and stuff like that. That's cool. Like a guild hall. That would be really cool. It's another thing. You could create... You could have a house... Like, will you be able to collaborate with each other on your shared spaces? If so, you could create one of your houses as a guild hall. Oh, idea just popped into my head.

Anyway, I think this is an exciting feature, so I'm having thoughts about it. Like, you could all designate one of the houses in your neighborhoods as a guild hall if you're able to collaborate on... actually putting things together in this in these houses i don't know but then you also don't necessarily want to have your house able to be to be just decorated by anybody

Maybe maybe they'll tie in guild features to this. That would be really cool if they could do that. Tie in guild features to where you could designate a public house and then maybe certain levels of like officer levels in the guild are able to decorate or something like that. Oh, maybe every guild now is going to have a rank called interior designer or something like that. Who knows? Who knows?

Okay, so let's dig in a little bit more to some of the announcements here. They said that they want to ensure that housing is available to everyone. One of the statements there that they have in these details is, if you want a house, you can have a house. No exorbitant requirements or high purchase costs, no lotteries, and no onerous upkeep.

They said, if your subscription lapses, don't worry, your house doesn't get repossessed. That's really great. I love hearing that because I'm a big fan of making it so that the typical WoW player who plays for a while and doesn't have to keep playing to keep this stuff.

even me like right now i'm kind of on a world of warcraft break until the next season if a break lasts a while i don't want my house to be taken away you know um so yeah um available to everyone no exorbitant purchase costs. That's a good thing. We don't want this to be something that you can only get if you're an auction house mogul. No lotteries. There are other games.

I think Final Fantasy, the MMO, do they have a lottery? Or is it just that you get a house once it becomes open and available to you? I don't know. Anybody can purchase it whenever... one is on the market I don't know how it works there but I know there are some MMOs that have housing available on more of a lottery system you have to put your name in a bucket and get it pulled out
