Because there is no overall strategic objective to Putin except not being seen as a loser.

The same thing that Donald Trump thinks about.

And so what's happening is you're watching millions of people die.

You're seeing the rest of the world starting to be pulled in that Russia has supported in the past.

They're calling in those debts and they're paying them with people.
