And so, although I really wanted to have sex and I really wanted everything to be great and it to work, the messaging that I've been sending to my brain for years and years and years was negative, negative ones.
And I trained myself and I learned.
And so I would go into this other state where I was not feeling good, not feeling excited, just scared, just really scared and hoping everything was going to be okay.
Yeah, the in the moment one is the big thing.
And again, my wife would say, she'd say, Bob, I've known you since you were a kid.
We've known each other since we were kids.
And she'd say, you're such a vibrant, confident, outgoing person.
She said, and any time we try to have sex, you turn into a different human.
She's like, I don't even recognize you.
Your whole body changes.
Everything.
